My thoughts on all things coaching - in relationship to Leadership, Confidence and Resilience skills
And of course everything is usually about leadership, self-leadership, confidence and resilience, so the field is wide!
I find people fascinating. I am interested in what makes them do things, and of course how they avoid doing things. I love to focus on what it is that makes a difference for someone, allowing change to happen. Basically, I'm interested in what constitues effective coaching.
I'm open to discussion and always willing to learn something new, so if you like what you read, have something to add, or you have an alternative perspective, do get in touch.
